Company Truck Driver Job Overview
- Option for Reefer division. Reefer drivers average $70,000–$90,000 per year, with top performers earning up to $95,000 depending on miles and performance.
- Option for Dry Van division. Dry van drivers average $65,000–$80,000 per year, with top performers reaching $85,000+ depending on weekly miles and performance.

- Miles built for strong paychecks. Run 2,500–3,000 miles per week across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast—no NYC and mostly drop & hook to keep your week moving smoothly.

Lease Operator (1099) — Job Overview

Lease Operator Contracts
- Easy terms, no barriers. Start with $0 down, no credit check, and a 2-year walkaway lease—a simple, low-risk way to run independently.
- Predictable weekly costs. Average truck payments around $1,000 per week, plus fixed contractor charges totaling $600/week.
- A completion bonus that pays off. Earn a $10,000 lease completion bonus at the end of your term.
- Maintenance & support that simplify ownership. A maintenance escrow of $0.13–$0.15 CPM keeps repairs predictable, with flexible benefit options available through third-party partners.

- Valid Class A CDL
- 9+ months CDL-A OTR exp in the last 12 months *can only have had 1 job
- 1+ years CDL-A OTR exp. in the last 3 yrs
- Must be 23 years or older
- SAP drivers not eligible for hire
